Your 2025-2026 South Forsyth Coaching Staff
This will be Coach Loggins' fourth season as head coach of the South Forsyth Swim and Dive team. She formerly served as our assistant coach where she grew to love and appreciate the sport. Coach Loggins teaches Forensic Science and Biology at South. A fun fact about her is that she is an alumni of South Forsyth and came back to her alma mater to teach and coach. She is very excited for the upcoming season!

B.S. Secondary Science Education- Kennesaw State University
M. Ed of Instructional Technology- University of Georgia
This will be Coach Rickett’s fourth year as an assistant coach for the South Forsyth Swim & Dive team. He grew up swimming in the Gwinnett County summer league every summer as well as on the North Gwinnett swim team while in high school. Coach Rickett currently teaches Geometry for the Special Education department at South. He graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2021 where he got his Bachelor’s degree in Special Education. Coach Rickett is very excited for another successful season with the greatest team in the state.
Coach Brown was asked to help coach the SFHS Swim Team at the request of the board due to his extensive background in competitive swimming. He has two children currently in the program. His daughter (Ansley) is a junior and son (Cooper) is a freshman.
He has been swimming competitively since the age of 10. He was a standout high school swimmer in Indiana where he grew up. He was a 3-time state qualifier, 6-time conference champion, sectional champion, and junior national finalist. He still holds several high school and club records. He continued his swimming career at Ball State University under coach Bob Thomas and specialized in Back, Fly, and IM. Over the past 25+ years, he has continued to swim competitively for several masters organizations with top 10 finishes at the National Championships and top 10 in the FINA World rankings.
He is married to his wife Shannon and they have 4 children (Ansley, Cooper, Hudson & Hadley). They have lived in the SOFO neighborhood of Windermere since 2011. He is the owner of Brown Creative, a full-service marketing agency. He has also coached baseball for both of his sons since they were little. He is excited to help share his experience in the pool and support Coach Loggins and Coach Rickett.
