Happy Friday SOFO Swim and Dive! 

I have attached the heat sheet for tomorrows meet! We are super excited! The swim portion of the meet is tentative to end around 4pm with the timeline right now. Swimmers need to arrive by 11:45pm and the meet is going to start at 1pm. 

Divers need to arrive between 4:15-4:30pm to stretch and warm-up. 

The meet is a BLUE OUT!! :) and do not forget to bring snacks and plenty of water!!! Extra caps and goggles too. 

North is still asking for timing volunteers so if you can- please sign up! 

Declaring for the Compass Meet is now open through Tuesday AM! The meet is a Friday night meet with Warm-Ups beginning around 6:30pm with dive after the swim portion!
