Hello All! 

I was hoping to have a heat sheet to share with you today which is why this is being sent out later, BUT it is almost time for us to head to Athens, GA on Saturday to participate at the Clarke-Oconee Invitational! 

Some generic information and once I have a heat sheet and psych sheet I will share those as well. 

We will load buses at 7:30AM on Saturday (at the Arena at South) and plan to leave South around 8am. We will be allowed in the aquatic center between 10:30-11AM. 

Parents are allowed to come spectate for $5! 

Warm-Ups for South are 12:55-1:15pm and the meet is set to start at 1:45pm with a 7pm tentative end time. The swimmers and divers will be provided a boxed lunch from jimmy johns that they can eat at any point of the meet. Once the meet ends we will head to dinner as a team and then we will go back to the hotel for some fun games and goal setting for the remainder of the night! Myself, Rickett, Mr. & Mrs. Katz, and Mrs. Profeta will all be in the hotel with the athletes and they will be taped into their rooms between 11-11:30pm depending on how long the games run. 

Like I sent in the original travel meet email, all school and GHSA rules apply, even off campus. We represent South Forsyth at all times. Any breaking of school and or GHSA rules will be handled accordingly and according to the schools code of conduct policies. 

On Sunday the athletes will be fed Momma's Boy biscuits and then we will be heading back to the school around 10AM with a return time between 11:30am and 12pm. 

Once I have a heat or psych sheet tomorrow I will send it out.
