Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all have had a great week. We are a week away from the Forsyth County Championship!!! I have some important updates/ reminders for this upcoming week as well as reminders for the tri-meet tomorrow night! 

Tri- Meet Updates: Still waiting on heat sheet- as soon as I receive it I will have it to you all but it will be available at the meet as well. Swimmers please arrive by 5pm with warm ups starting at 5:30pm. Divers need to arrive by 6pm! Diving will be in the middle of the meet. Expecting a 8:30 end time and for the meet to move pretty fast! We have a reservation for Black Diamond Grill right after the meet to kick off County week!! So please bring a change of clothes and money! 

COUNTY WEEK- GET HYPE!!!! 

MLK Practice (Monday) - Swim: 8:30am-9:30am, diving from 8:30am-10am!! Take advantage of this extra practice time! 

The captains are also planning hang outs with just the boys and just the girls so make sure if you are available to attend those nights! Check your GroupMe if you have any questions about those hang outs! These were awesome last year and really brought the team together before county! 

Tuesday- South Practice; swim- 8-9pm & dive 9-10pm (pending weather!!!- I will send out updates if practice is cancelled or if the CAC is closed!) 

Wednesday: TEAM BREAKFAST IN LOGGINS ROOM @ 7:40!! Please be on time!!! We will have CFA! 

Thursday- COUNTY PRACTICE!! 8-9pm at the CAC for all swimmers! We will be running through the relays and practicing exchanges, starts, finishes! (Dive will be at its regular 9-10pm) 

Friday- COUNTY DINNER!!!!! Mandatory! In the dining hall at South @ 6:45pm! We will be going over some key points, scoring, and getting hype for the next day! 


Saturday- FORSYTH COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP! The grande finale of the regular swim season!!! The coaching staff has been working so hard on getting everything ready for county. Warm-ups are tentative to start at 7am. I will have more info beginning of next week to give you all a better timeline for the day. Just know that prelims usually run until 12-1pm, and then we have the senior celebration which all swimmers and divers must stay for, then diving will be in between prelims and finals. During the break swimmers can go home, but they have to get back for finals. All swimmers and divers even if they are not competing in finals are expected to come back and support their teammates. 

You will be getting multiple emails throughout the week but I am excited for us to finish this season strong!! We have such a talented group and I am SO excited to see what we can do!
