Happy Monday SoFo Swim and Dive! 

Thank you for such a great meet on Saturday! It was so good to be back on deck and see everyone swim. cheer each other on, & be together as a team! 

Important Updates: 

- Trunk or Treat: We are still accepting candy donations for the Trunk-Or-Treat on Tuesday from 5:30-7! Athletes who are volunteering should be at school by 4:30 to help decorate the trunk. They may also stay after school if needed. From trunk-or-treat the athletes will head to the CAC for practice! Pirate themed!! If you do not wish to dress up, please just wear a South Swim shirrt! 

- Team Bonfire: Sunday 11/3 from 6-8PM! RSVP closes on Halloweeen! We will be playing games, eating, and making smores! 

- We will have a team breakfast on 11/13 for World Kindness Day! @ 7:30AM! 

-Please keep selling and bringing in your raffle ticket tabs!!! two weeks until the drawing! 

Meet Re-Cap! 

The coaches and I had the best time getting to see everyone swim on Saturday! Our favorite part is watching everyone cheer each other on! 

S/O to the following athletes who made a State Cut on Saturday! 

- ALL of our Boys and Girls A relays made state cuts!! Oliver Van Peteghem, Henry Van Peteghem, Ethan Meeker, Agata Puchala, Andrew Lee, Pierce Profeta, Nicolas Sato, Sawyer Ivy, Avery Spraker, & Milly Grossman all made individual cuts! Go South! 

We are so proud of all of our athletes who came out, made best times, and had a great attitude doing so! We are excited to see how the rest of the season goes! 

Upcoming Meet Information:

Date: 11/02/24 

Athlete Arrival: 11AM 

Warm-Ups: 11:30-12:30

Swim Meet: 12:45-5PM 

Dive Meet: 5-6PM 

This will be a long meet!! Athletes are asked to arrive in their black sweatshirts for a team photo! The meet is a BLACK OUT!
