Happy Friday SoFo Swim and Dive! 

Important Updates: 

- 11/16/25: MANDATORY team pictures! ( all athletes!) 11:00AM-12:30PM @ the CAC. Seniors will go first (11:00-11:30AM), and the rest of the team needs to be there by 11:30AM for our team photo. After the team photo we will be doing media day photos for social media! I encourage any parents who wouldn't mind helping take photos, athletes with digital cameras to bring them, and lets make it fun! These photos will be used for the yearbook, awards, and social media! 

-11/19/25: Friendsgiving Food Sign Up! Attached you will find the sign up for Friendsgiving! If you want to bring something not on this list please feel free! We will need help setting up, and cleaning up! Reminder that Friendsgiving is from 6:45-8PM in the west hall commons at South!

- Mark your calendars! Holiday Party will be 12/19/25!! 5-7PM @ the Profeta's! PJ party themed, and we will be doing white elephant! 

Compass Meet Info! 

Diving will run from 3:30-5 PM, and we will be running warm-ups during dive! Swimmers need to be at the CAC by 3:45 for our 4PM warm-up slot. Swim portion of the meet will start at 5PM! and should finish by 6:30PM. We still need a few timers so please go in and sign up in swimtopia if you are able! 

Timers need to arrive by 4:30!
