Hello all & Happy New Year!!! 

Attached you will find the heat sheet for Lamberts Invite. Divers need to arrive by 11:45 for 12PM warm-ups, Diving will run from 12:45PM-3PM. Swimmers need to arrive by 2:40PM for our 3PM warm-up time. Swimming is estimated to finish by 8:30PM. 

Please pack lots of snacks, water, and anything else you need to be successful! 

Attached is the link for spectators to buy tickets- volunteers get in free so if you would like to time please shoot me an email and I will have you added to the volunteer list!
